Meet the team

Steven began both his careers in 1992. 
By day, he worked in the city as a data and tech lawyer, but by night he’d moonlight writing screenplays as a side hustle. 
 
Over the years both careers progressed very nicely. 
As a lawyer, he gained promotions, travelled extensively, did increasingly bigger deals, served as General Counsel and won awards. 

On the movie side, he wrote more complex screenplays, honed his skills, and eventually wrote and directed a feature film, which played and won awards at numerous international festivals. He went to the Cannes and Berlin film festivals, was written about in an outstanding movie book, had thrilling adventures, and met many fascinating people in the film industry.

With over three decades industry experience between them, directing-brothers Elliot and Zander have shot over 1,000 interviews, cut 700 professional edits, amassed credits with brands including Playstation, Bentley and Smirnoff as well as receiving Royal Television Society Award nominations for their documentary films.
 
They’ve produced and licensed factual entertainment to networks such as Discovery US & Europe, PBS and Canal+ and more recently streamers Netflix, Amazon, Facebook and Oculus.
 
The brothers have also been championed among the indie filmmaking community for their debut feature, contemporary sci-fi Cosmos (2019), which premiered in Hollywood, had a limited theatrical release across the US and streams worldwide on Hulu, Paramount+ and AppleTV, with over 8 million hours streamed on Prime US alone. Elliot and Zander are now directing their co-written sci-fi feature film, Beyond The Deep, co-producing with Luc Roeg’s Independent Entertainment.

Charlotte Conquest has a proven career as a versatile, contemporary director. She works successfully in a range of genres having directed TV dramas, theatre musicals, new writing, opera, and classical texts.

Charlotte has a wealth of experience directing site-specific projects including a new version of Henry V in Oxford Castle, a live jousting and acrobatic spectacular version of The Green Knight in a big top on Clapham Common, and an extended sell-out run of Doctor Faustus at Blackwell’s Bookshop, Oxford.

Jamie Colonna is a Global Creative Director.
Over a 25-year career in advertising and branding that started under the watchful eye of Sir John Hegarty, he has worked all over the world, across every channel, and in almost every sector imaginable.

His ideas have helped to sell jeans and cars, stouts and shortbread, Swiss banks and radio stations, newspapers and political parties and a whole heap more besides. Those ideas have also won a fair few awards along the way.

Responsible for the inclusion of the phrase ‘Va Va Voom’ into the Oxford English Dictionary, Jamie has also created books about Pret-A-Manger and a little-known band called The Beatles.

Jamie’s Italian roots mean he has a thing for Vespas, Lancia’s and extra virgin olive oil.

Holly is a professional Actress, Action woman and Dancer. After working as a musical theatre performer in West end, regional and international theatre productions , Holly is now focusing on her TV and film acting career. Some recent credits include; ‘Jane’ in ‘Bad day at the Office’, ‘Jenny’ in ‘Christmas in Colombo’, Stunt work on 'The Marvels’, Special action on 'Blood Origin; The Witcher’, 'Janey Franklin’ in Amazon Prime’s launch of S3 of 'The Boys’, Assistant Choreographer on ‘O’dessa’ for Searchlight Productions and featured dancer roles on both 'The Crown (Netflix- S6) and ‘One day' (Netflix). After producing many of her own short films and projects, Holly is delighted to be pursuing producer roles alongside her acting career.  

Jason Robinson OBE  ‘Heroes Brand Ambassador’

is an English former international rugby league and rugby union footballer who played in the 1990s and 2000s. Playing as a wing or fullback, he won 51 rugby union international caps for England and is the first black man to captain the England team.

He was part of the 2003 World Cup winning rugby union England team scoring their only try in the final.

He is included in the Guinness book of Records for the most tries scored in a Lions debut, and the only person to have ever scored an England try in a World Cup final
